Brenda Malley

Brenda Malley’s career as a professional artist spans over 30 years while living in the USA, France and now at home in Greystones, County Wicklow, Ireland. Brenda’s seascape paintings are characterised by the energy and fluidity of her palette knife work, and by the surface richness of colour and texture through which she expresses her subject. Whether immersed in the raw environment of the Wild Atlantic seaboard, or capturing the light and colour of daybreak over the Irish Sea, the artist brings to life in her paintings the movement, energy and flow of the natural elements
